This is my version of older Kim ;D And I can't help giving her short hair cause to me, she's such a dyke... least in my mind *lol* I made up a coloured version but uploaded it onto my other DeviantART account [link] cause I was so proud of it
(lol and if you comment on there please don't mention my Sapphicspencil account... I'd be a tad embarressed if people I know in RL saw some of my *cough* more... mature art) thankyouverymuchihopeyoulikeit.

Hey, I like the lineart!! Looks very good and according to the series.
I just don't think the color suits the style of the lines, though. I was seeing this pic with a more "cell-shaded" color, specially since the lineart looks very cartoon-ish. Also, I think that changing a bit the color of the background (maybe a darker tone) would have made the character stand out more, too.

Thanks for your comments :3 On the colouring thing... since I don't have a tablet, sometimes getting the 'cel shaded' look, is a bit harder to do with a mouse so I opt for a painted look. Furthermore, I love cartoons that use realistic painted techniques... so theres that too XD

I've already read "Another Time, Another Place," as well as every other story by StarvingLunatic, excluding New Blood and Honor Bound, and I'll be finishing those shortly.

question. How did you manage to get the lineart so clean?

lol, practice. Nothing digital has been done to this drawing except for changing the brightness and contrast levels. At school we have to do 'clean-up' drawings for animation which have to be at this level of neatness. I never used to be very good at it but now I am much better. All I used for this drawing was a mechanical pencil and eraser.
