The finished version! I'm not sure about the background for Kudo Shinichi / Conan Edogawa, but it works for now. Please critique!Edit - Fixed the Conan bookmark! Now he matches the theme better with the blocking motion marks rather than the gradient.

Why is Ran in the middle of nowhere...? Kind of reminds me of this abridged Detective Conan video. Ran said something like

nice piece. the background for ran is a bit odd, and is that a shinichi ghost? i like kaitou kid's combo the best. overall, it's really cute.

It's not odd, really. I saw her as old fashioned as Heiji. Thing is, she doesn't really have anything standing out for her but Karate, and I didn't know how to depict that at the time. xD
So, since she's old fashioned, I gave her Japan's mountains and clouds.
Shinichi ghost is just jealous because Conan ALWAYS plays soccer, but he can't! So Shinichi ghost is bumping the ball.

Ran: Her background is kinda perplexing. And why green shoes? I love her expression of : D, it makes me : D along with her. Her hair is such a pain, great job on that ^^b.
KID: Great background, adorable pose, good attention to detail.
Heiji: My favorite. Love the stadium, and I love the clothes that you gave him. Nice choice of colour, looks really great!
Conan: Shinichi's not dead is he? (maybe he is in a fic of yours, I should really read them first ^^). The way he hit the soccerball is wonderful, very creative. The background is okay. Though I would rather you stay consistent with the other 3 styles (black outline or at least hard lines).

Ran : Her has white sneakers with green sides, kinda like Conan's red and white sneakers. *Nods.* At least, it did in the picture from the internet. xD
Her background, I wanted to be traditional Japanese. Usually their paintings have the mountains built off of each other, the thin clouds, that kind of stuff. She's very maternal, and is the main expression of Japanese living I believe.

Conan: Not dead, but Shinichi is trapped inside the body of a boy. Shinichi is the actual person, Conan Edogawa is just a shell. Neh? So I had Shinichi bumping the Soccer ball. <3
Iunno how I came up with it, it just hit me while I was asking my friend for an idea. xD I know his background isn't consistant, I just had a hard time coming up with something. =/
