Cilia is a trainer who only collects badges from handsome gym leaders. Her ultimate goal is to get a date with Gym Leader Green. Although hot guys are her weakness, she is not a brainless fangirl and knows where real priorities are. She is sporty and not afraid to get dirty. Her sense of direction isn't too good and recently she has gotten lost all the way to the Saros Region. During her travels, she found a tail feather from Articuno. She wears it in her hair, hoping to return it to its owner one day. She is never seen without her buddy Wooper, Upaa.

Upaa the Wooper
He is Cilia's first Pokemon and buddy. He is neither smart nor strong, but he's always trying hard! He's a bit of a mascot. He wears a cute scarf. He does not particularly care for hats.

Arashi the Quilava
She is the Pokemon Cilia received when she first started her journey. (Cilia is originally from Johto.) She's a serious and composed Quilava, but can lose her nerve without warning. She doesn't make friends easily but will defend the ones she does have. Her Hidden Power is ice-type.

Banana the Tropius
Cilia's means of transportation. Banana's walking is quite slow, but Cilia is scared of flying on his back. Can you possibly think of something less aerodynamic than a Tropius? He likes to take it slow anyways. Banana provides free fruit also, so he's quite useful.
