I scanned this from manga titled Detective School Q/ Tantei Gakuen Q [link] or [link] , I prefer to call it DDS (Dan Detective School). I just colored it
Anyone who have read this manga or watch this anime, rise you hand!!! 
It's the same artist as 'Jikenbo of young Kindaichi'. The guy above is Kelbros/ Cerberus (he's the bad guy ) who works for a crime organisation called Pluto I prefer to call him a crime artist. His ability is hypnotize. He can hypnotize you with his golden eyes and his pocket watch *stares* He's my favourite crime artist

oh, i really would like to read the manga but i havenΒ΄t find the complete english translation. I am an spanish speaker in fact, but Β i would do anything for tantei gakuen... cerberos is so hot but he is not in the anime and i want to know him so bad, his capabilities and his personality too, dammit it! it is so frustating :c

But yeah. I haven't seen him yet. I want to, though!!! I watched the anime and then started reading the manga. On all of the sites that I've gone to (a whole truckload of them) they only have up to chapter 17, if that. Your links don't work, and that makes me woebegone!! I really, REALLY want to read far enough into the series to at least be able to meet such a cool-looking character!! ^^
