Dude...no...Kion is obviously showing sibling love towards Kiara and she's shocked because despite how she treats him, he still loves his big sister. Incest has nothing to do with it. Kion just shows unconditional love towards his sister because he's a loyal brother and would never give up on her despite their sibling rivalry.

I see this as kind of a metaphor for how, even though most TLK fans seem to hate Kiara, her family members will still always be there for her and give her the love that the fans won't. It's really quite beautiful when you think about it.Β Β
