PLEASE FULLVIEWSusie. Eleven years old.
She's losing her eyesight, and we think her hearing, too. We've had a few scares in the past yeas, but she's doing really well now. She's very happy and healthy, enjoying her twilight years.If you're wondering about why her eye looks a little goopy, it's just something that's come with old age for her. We clean her face once every couple of days or so to keep her comfortable.
There were more photos really similar to this one that were perhaps better focused, but her eyes are so sharp and shining in this one, it became my favorite.

Gorgeous photo. You description reminds me of my last dog in her later years.
She's got a lovely expression and looks really good in this photo for eleven. I out of focus background puts almost all the focus on her, other than her cute tail.

I think the focus is quite gorgeous really c: as for eye-goop problems, that reminds me of the Maltese breed, who always have tear stains :'p ack genetic doggy problems.
And for some reason, that tail just looks cute. Odd thing to say, I know. But the tail is cute .____.

Yeah, she's got that everlasting wagging lab tail. It's one of tthe reasons I chose this photo over the technically better ones.
