I love the visual effect of the bloody rose,too.

Bloody rose is so beautiful...and I think it really like Albafica.
Beautiful, pure white, noble, but the red blood on it just like Albafica's self-sacrifice and his posion. T_T

I had never really thought about it but you absolutely right!!
Bloody rose is like Albafica!
Now I feel like going back and watching/reading the episodes/chapters with Albafica Although I wish the next season would come out soon
And I don't just like this picture..I love it!
Just your sad expression and the emotion that went into this picture makes tears form in my eyes(in a good way though!)
Also, I know this is random, but I went onto the LC OVA news blog and found these REALLY kawaii chibi animations for Albafica, Alone, and Alone as Hades. I will send a link Sorry if you have already seen. I'm just so happy to talk to someone who likes The Lost Canvas so much too!. I can't talk to my onee chan,onii chan,and friends about it because I am farther ahead of them in the series and might give something away

I love almost every character in story, they have their own strong personality and background...
I love Hades Alone most, he make my heart ache.Q_Q
I love every GOLD SAINTs, they are very good soldliers and I cried for their died in battle...specially Albafica.Q_Q

But then again, I also can't wait to watch the last 3 episodes of Season 1; finally get to see Manigoldo in "action" kicking Tenma's rear. And I hope I can finish my next LC Costume before those 3 episodes comes out.
