Rain tear is the niece of Zira (zira has a brother in my au and he is featured here: www.deviantart.com/sarabixscar… and will be getting a design upgrade at some point)

her mother was a dark grey lioness who also had the same head marking that looks like a rain drop or a tear drop

rain tears mother died when she was born though, her aunt Zira raised her ( because her father didn't want anything to do with her very much) and tried to make her evil but rain tear was too kind at heart to ever become evil.

No you cannot make her a mate
