I could see it since Spinel and Mr. Mime are somewhat alike. If Mr. Mime and Mime Jr gets a Galarian form, it would be a court jester since they used to have them in the medieval times in the UK.
I think Banette and Spinel have a lot more in common since they're both abandoned by thier owners.
Mimikyu because they wanted to be loved and both are very popular in the fandom (I could imagine Mimikyu dressing up as Spinel 😃)
And maybe Spinel and Popplio (Silly, lovable, playful, goofy and both are my instant favorites) suits her as well.
