This was taken a few weeks ago when Aphrodite arrived. I really do love her to death. Two more months of Rem nursing, then I'll be able to bring her back into work. Two months! Not that I'm counting down the weaning date or anything...
Her mane seems to be growing too. I never expected it to grow any longer, but it is. I've kept it unplaited as Rem liked to have a nibble and I didn't want one to be pulled out completely. All the horses are currently enjoying the MUD. We've been begging for rain, but being on the farm for the first winter, everyone's filthy. One of these days when it's a bit warmer and there is sunshine, I'll give them a bath. Until then, the black horses can be brown, and the dun pony can be black. Everyone's happy.
