Description
This is not my character; this image was requested from TowerofTime.com. The process through which this image was made included tracing a pose digitally. The outfit and hair were drawn freehand on the traced pose. This image does not violate copyright.All that aside, this is Venus' Sailor Elapidae! I really liked her outfit so I wanted to do the request. And V-chan wanted a CGed image that looks really 'anime' and not hand drawn, so, tada. :3 Colored lines! Win.
