Here she is!! TADA! This is my Saturday costume for this year's Otakon. I LOVED wearing those boots because they were SO flat and COMFY. :3Sailor Syrin belongs to *leichan and you can read her epic story at Sanctum .
I commissioned this costume from Kali of BewareofNinja.com .
I created the accessories: hair clips, tiara, and wheels. They can all be seen in detail in the gallery :3

I commissioned the costume but the wheels were made of foam with some joint compond over them. The chains are plastic and the cuffs were cut from some plumbing supplies

I'm sure it is! When I was younger my mom made my first cosplay for me. But sadly I was 15. And you don't stay that size for very long. xD and I have little to no knowledge of sewing and/or making costumes/cosplay. lol

Well I think you look fabulous, of course. The accessories made go from 'eh' to 'oh wow, who's that.'
I especially like the way the tiara clips in. Quite clever.

I'm already convinced Kali is a genius when it comes to craft. Her TF2 outfits were spot on. ....now I'm wondering if I'll do Nephrite justice.
I know I can do the hair if I grow it out. It gets exactly like his at times...or as I like to call it, my Super Saiyan hair day.
