He has some symmetry issues (the right eye is higher than the left one) that gives him a weird look and it looks a bit flat (lacks dark and light values) but overall it's cool!

Yeah right but the eyes must ALWAYS be aligned with each other. Your eyes are on the same line, I hope haha.
