This looks highly adorable... If I had to improve a littke thing it would be the hands, they look a little skinny for me (to be honest I'm not good at doing hands too TT.TT). The rest (especially her hair and eyes) doesn't need any improvement because it looks great ^^
BTW, Madoka Magica is one of my favorite animes as well (not to mention that is actually on my top 5).
