I've only read a little of the manga but I love mermaids and magical girls :3I got really tired of working on this and so the shading is really lacking. I just feel so-so about this. Another attempt also at a background which turned out mehhh ok.

This actually looks like it was done in Manga Studio Ex 4... well the brushes in the background do anyway. I love Lucia, she's my favourite character! You did a fabulous job, especially with her pigtails!
