Hello all! <3
I took a small, much-needed social media break to unwind, realign my headspace, and celebrate my birthday, and the space helped.

I've been feeling a bit like I'm floating recently, grounded but also detached, and it's a tricky place to work around. Thankfully I'm finding my footing in the present again, and it's nice.
Being in the moment is hard, but it's a wonderful and rewarding thing.

I hope you do what you need to today to live in the moment. No matter how many moments, or how small it is, just let yourself be~
