Panel 1 of this page took longer to ink than the entire rest of the page. OW MY HAND/BACK/NECK.This was mostly inked with tech pens. I'm still trying to beef up my line weights.

I can imagine. Do you sit on a stool, wooden chair, comfy chair, or ergonomic computer chair? The type of chair that you have could be affecting your back. I know that sitting on a tall stool for hours on end can hurt my back a bit.

I switch around. Mostly I sit on a cushioned chair at a drafting table. I don't know if it would matter where I sit, I'd still end up sore

I would suggest doing some form of back stretches after a few hours then, or go out for a short walk or something. Helps me I find, and I'm usually on a tall hard stool at a drafting table for hours as well.
