I've not played Has Been Heroes, but I loved Shovel Knight :3 the music in that game was so good, but I seriously sucked during the Spectre Knight level + boss 0.0

Me too, I've been playing the new Specter of Torment campaign and it's so much fun ^^. The boss wasn't too bad but the level is insane. Especially in the sections where the light cuts out. Not going to lie, I lost a lot of gold in those parts haha

I've yet to try out the new content for Shovel Knight :3 Was thinking of getting it on the Switch - I played the first iteration on the 3DS ^^

It's a lot of fun; the levels are completely redesigned and while it's tough at first to get the new controls down, they are immensely satisfying when you do. This is my first foray into Shovel Knight and I'm having a blast! For just $25, it's an amazing deal
Between the lights going off and the damned ghosts playing juggle with you until you fall off, you can get destroyed on that level haha.

I know, it's insane how much they pack into a single game. Definitely one of the best games on the Switch right now, and not even that expensive. Now I just need to save up for the new edition of Binding of Isaac ^^.
