My heart sank and I felt the need to cringe at seeing Wizzle break Ruby's leg so effortlessly. Although also at Wizzle getting hit full on by that roller coaster if I interpreted that right.
The perspective in seeing Ruby fall from the roller coaster rails was beautiful. Ruby's kicking pose in panel five could have been improved upon.
The way the last panel was shaded was nicely done to give off a sense of dread and foreboding of a likely REALLY bad outcome!
Unfortunately, there's not a lot I can say about this page, because even with some of the art quality difference notable between the first and second half of this page, I don't see really any huge issues that need to be addressed. The difference in the quality doesn't hurt at all in my opinion, because you still got across what you needed to for this story to flow smoothly as usual.

The magnet and hook thing, I was like "Oooh, clever thinking Ruby," then I'm like "ooooh, maybe not so much..."

That part was meant for Wizzle to sag like a deflating balloon for a bit and then Ruby running, but Wizzle successfully grabs/snaps Ruby's leg with his robot hand.
Buuuut had to cut that out.
