Part 3/3 for a commission for @bibirainbowfairy
A flat color oc design Combined with the winx next gen crackship I had made. She bought the palettes and since the price is the same it turned into an oc design ^^ Oc designs now include two flat color full body designs (one casual, one transformation) a pair of wings. A palette in case needed and a shaded bust of the oc
Phoebe was a lot of fun to design as well, so much research I went through for her casual xD Love how she turned out 
The fullbody pose is referenced from a tecna official image ^^
I referenced several artist in order to be able to do the bust
