He ate 4 times yesterday, almost a whole daily dose, without taking the pill!! Β

I finally found out the one thing he'll eat (in small doses) without making a fuss!
The EXPENSIVE canned wet food with gravy, especially if it's lamb! XD
And I still have to vary between flavours...he's so picky! But at least he's eating

He's gained almost 2 kilos this week!
He seems to need the pill most days, but he keeps eating, so that's what counts!

I think I've finally figured him out.
He is a bastard!
He also hates heat.
He will eat the cooked meat for a couple of days, then change to the canned food, then go back to the meat...I just have to get it right on which days he wants what! XD
yesterday he ate liver and didn't need the pill, and this morning too. so tomorrow he'll probably want the canned food... I swear he does it on purpose...XD
At least he's eating the dry food well now. I give it to him before he goes to bed, when it's cooler, and mix his favourite treat in there, and he eats most of the bowl up!
I found a very expensive dry food at half price, it's lamb, his favourite, so that's helping too!

He's eaten all week without needing another shot and the pills for his appetite and he's gained at least another kilo!
we're just giving Thorin vitamins and nothing more now

I just hope he keeps it up! the vet was worried if he didn't start eating we'd have to do blood tests
to see if there was something else wrong.
I don't think there is, because he's such a happy puppy, always running around and playing!
