Hello, everyone! I was bored and decided to fill this meme out (I have filled it out multiple times in the past, I just never uploaded it), so here are my opinions on all the subjects! Remember though, these are MY opinions, and I don’t expect everyone to agree with them. I just ask that whether you agree with my choices or not, try to be respectful. I try my best to be respectful of others opinions, so I would hope for the same in return. Anyways, onto my reasons why I chose all of these! My top choices are shown in the meme, but I will also have ‘honorable mentions’ and ‘dishonorable mentions’ in the description after my top choices. Let’s get on with it!

Favorite Character: Rosalina and Luma. I see Rosalina and Luma as one unit, and besides, I love both of them equally. But yeah, is this really any surprise? Luma, and all the Lumas, are just downright ADORABLE, even more so than Yoshi to me, even though he is adorable in his own right, and he used to be my favorite character growing up. Anyways, they are so squishy and cute I just want to hug them! C:
Rosalina is just a sweet character with both her personality and her backstory. I have grown to love her. Also, Michaelina. Enough said. <3

Honorable Mention: Pauline. Over the past year or two, I have grown to really like Pauline. She’s a mayor with sass.

Despised Character: Toad. I don’t know why, I just don’t like Toad. Maybe it’s his voice, or the fact there are a crap ton of Toads EVERYWHERE, but either way, I don’t like him.

Dishonorable Mention: Bowser Jr., playing Super Mario Sunshine again reminded me why I used to not like this brat. He’s not as bad as Toad to me, but still.

Favorite Game: Super Mario Sunshine. I know this game isn’t a favorite among a lot of people, but I really enjoy playing it. Sure, the plot is kind of stupid and some of the levels can be rage-inducing, but the nostalgia and playing in a tropical setting really make this game for me, it gives it a certain charm that lacks in Super Mario 64 for me. The pachinko machine level can burn, though. I hate that level.

Honorable Mention: Paper Mario, the original for the N64. I think this was the third Paper Mario game I played, I played TTYD and Super Paper Mario before it, but this one is my favorite of them, and comes a very close second to being my favorite game. The plot is good, and the music and the overall feeling of the game make me really enjoy it. I also really enjoy the sports/kart-racing/party games as well.

Despised Game: Mario Is Missing. This game is the most mind-numbing and boring Mario game I have ever played. I know there are other Mario educational games, but fortunately this is the only one I have played, and I felt like I lost time playing this game that I can never get back.

Dishonorable Mention: Mario Party 10. While the Boswer Mode was kind of cool, the rest of the game really felt lacking in my opinion. It felt it was more luck-based if you would win, and didn’t require much skill. This is saying a lot since I usually really enjoy Mario Parties, but this one I didn’t enjoy that much.

Most Overrated Character, Or In This Case, Characters: I don’t hate any of these characters, I love Rosalina and I like the others, but each of these characters in my opinion have reasons for all being considered ‘overrated’ by me. Rosalina, while not being around nearly as long as other characters, seemed to gain more popularity than characters that have been around for a lot longer, and don’t get me started on the ‘rabid’ fanboys of her that only seem to like her because of her looks. Their behavior puts people off from her, and I don’t blame them. There’s more to Rosie than just her looks. Daisy, while I do like her, I do find her overrated because of once again, her fan base. Daisy is treated like she doesn’t get much attention, but in all reality she gets more attention than people realize. Luigi being seen as the ‘underdog’ to Mario has really gotten old, especially since he seems to get more love than Mario. I do like Luigi, but I like Mario better. And oh boy, where do I begin with Waluigi? While I like Waluigi and agree that he doesn’t get much attention in games, his fan base can be horrible. Example? The whole entire Smash drama. There’s not much to Waluigi that would justify him being in Smash at the moment, but I wish they would expand on his character more. But as it stands, there’s not much to Waluigi as it stands that justifies all the love and wanting him in Smash. Plus, the Waluigi memes got old.

Honorable/Dishonorable Mentions?: None, because I picked the four characters I felt were the most overrated already.

Most Underrated Character: Toadsworth. I actually really like Toadsworth, and wished they would use him in more games.

Honorable Mention: Professor E. Gadd. For the same reasons as Toadsworth. He’s pretty cool.

Favorite Villian: Bowser. While the repeated plot of kidnapping Peach is really overused, Bowser is the original and main Mario villian, but he also isn’t all bad, and can be a softie under his spiked-exterior. I don’t know, I just like him, alright?

Honorable Mention: Count Bleck/Blumiere from Super Paper Mario. While in the end he wasn’t the true villian of the game, he had a reason for his actions and not just because he was ‘evil’ and he had to be. He thought he lost his true love, and in the end he was willing to die thinking that it was too late to fix things. He was a tragic villian that I felt sympathy for, but in the end he did get his happy ending, and all worlds were saved. I got feels.

Despised Villian: I hope I don’t get hate for this one, since he seems to be really popular, but I honestly can’t stand Mr. L. He’s just a brain-washed Luigi, nothing else. I don’t find any reason to like him, honestly.

Dishonorable Mention: Once again I hope I don’t get much hate for this one since he also seems to be really popular, but I really don’t like Dimento either. While I would say he is a good villian, I just can’t stand him. Betraying Count Bleck and using him like he did? Yeah, I didn’t like that too much. I also don’t really care for his personality either.

Favorite Couple: Any surprise here? It’s not secret that I adore my OC Michael and Rosalina together (A.K.A. Michaelina), but if we’re talking strict canon character couples, then I would have to say Count Bleck/Blumiere and Tippi/Timpani. I just love their story. Honorable Mention: I guess Mario and Peach. They are kind of cute together.

Despised Couple: Anyone that’s been around me isn’t surprised at this one. I absolutely do not like this couple at all. Waluigi and Rosalina literally have no good reasons to be together, and I always feel it does an injustice to their characters since they always seem so OOC in their depictions together. This comment I made on an Anti WaluigiXRosalina stamp explains it in more detail: “I know this is an old stamp, but I can honestly say this is probably the only ship in the Super Mario fandom I despise with a passion. Mainly because they don't go together at all, and people seem to ship them together just so Waluigi will have someone. Rosalina was pushed with him as soon as she debuted, not taking into consideration that they just don't fit together. The 'they are both tall' and 'they are the only ones without someone' reasons get on my nerves. That should not be why two people are put together. I can deal with people liking the couple and shipping it though, it's just when people say it's canon is when it gets on my nerves. It is far from that, fan art representation does not equal canon, seriously. They don't even know who each other are, so how can 'Waluigi have a crush on Rosalina', or 'Rosalina is Waluigi's girlfriend' even be considered valid facts? To be honest, WaluigiXDaisy is a better ship in my opinion, since it has been revealed that Waluigi has a crush on Daisy, and I've never seen anything about Daisy hating him, and as for Rosalina, either one of the Mario Brothers or even Bowser would be a better choice than Waluigi in my opinion. Also there is no confirmed canon couples, so saying that 'Mario has Peach and Luigi has Daisy and Wario supposedly has Mona, so Waluigi automatically 'deserves' Rosalina' is not really a good reason. The sad part is I used to be of those people that liked this couple and thought it was canon due to the fan art of them, but I learned otherwise and now I despise it for the reasons mentioned. Just because Rosalina and Waluigi are two of my favorite characters, doesn't mean I support them as a couple.
(Sorry for the rant, I've just seen so much of them as being portrayed as a 'canon' couple I just had to say something. In before someone saying I hate this couple because I ship the both of them with my OCs, that's not the reason, the reasons are mentioned above.
