The body and the Pokemon are well made but something is off with her face. I would make her eyes much smaller and with the nose... In Japanese "anime" style, noses are... well, the look like this:

I've before made my noses like that, I didn't really like it so I changed it. I'm still practicing on trying to draw the eyes and noses
