The next description will be written in form of a questionaire.How long did this take?
An amazingly long time, in which several thoughts of taking my fist and smashing into the monitor occurred many times.
Why did you color it?
Because I found a tutorial and I wanted a practice.
Would you like to do it again?
Perhaps if I was in a life-threatening situation.
What did you learn?
That there is a reason I don't color things in.
Why aren't the shoes colored in, you lazy ass?
Because I'm a lazy ass.

That's a great coloring job (especially considering you did it with a mouse)
I, for one, am a simply horrible coloring person, and think you need to give yourself a lot more credit because that is an awesome drawing.

BTW. If I sold it to the BBC, I'd probably make it so that I'm in charge of the overall concept because I hate playing video games that make it feel like they're just making it to sell stuff. I want it to be FUN. And it would totally have like Daleks and the Master and the Ninth Doctor, despite the fact that they're all supposed to be dead. Except Daleks wouldn't die even if someone came and stepped on their mutated bodies. I believe RTD is thinking about making them purely immortal, just to piss off the Doctor.

aww i think it looks nice... I'll send you my tablet if I ever get a new one >< But you did a great job with the shadows and keeping it consistent (with the exception of the shoes!) I like it, and I'm sure I would like it even more if I had ever watched doctor who and knew the peoples (I know that thats the doctor and his sonic screwdriver though... I think)
