This is so cute! Both of their faces seem to have changed a little though. Was that intentional?

How do you mean? Do you mean that I started drawing them a different way? Because i probably have. I change how I draw like every week. >___>

And I understand about the changing every week thing. I mean, I can't draw for jelly babies, but my photography changes drastically- my friends look at my pictures and think they were taken by several different people. But that may also be because they're idiots.
WE ARTISTS HAVE THE RIGHT TO CONFUSE PEOPLE, is all I'm sayin.

Well, for starters, their faces seem- longer. For example, it might just be the way he's looking over his shoulder, but the doctor's chin is like right in his neck. The way you used to draw him, his jawline stuck out away from his neck. And Rose... are her eyes a teensy bit closer together? Or is that just me?
Also, side note, if you wanna make Rose more Rose-y, you could give her lips. She has really full lips, and a wide face, and dark strong eyebrows. I would not even BEGIN to know how to draw a human face, so there ya go, pointless advice.

Thanks for the advice. I'm always trying to adapt and every time I look at someone, I notice something that I didn't notice before. For instance, the neck doesn't stretch that far from the neck. I decided it looked rather unnatural. I'm drawing necks slightly thicker too. Because they are about the same width as the face too. As for Rose's eyes. That's probably just a mistake. >__> I'm just bad like that.
As for the lips, the way I draw mouths, it's hard for me to draw full lips. I suppose I'll practice on that thought, thanks.
Also, I never thought of Billie's eyebrows as that thick. I always just notice her mascara. Then again, for about the first half a year of Doctor Who fandom, I didn't notice anything oddly un-proportionate about Christopher Eccleston's nose/ears, so who knows.

His nose looks a bit squashed ... but maybe that's just me ... it's adorable, though, and the parenthesis over the missing hand, while not relating to the picture, is great.
I wonder what time it was.

I did watch Time Crash, I thought it was fantabulous.
But I'm lazy and the special is funny enough alone without me poking fun at it. Like David looking like he'd been electrocuted ten times and then thrown in front of a wind machine.

I heart the 5th Doctor.
I also heart the 10th Doctor.
It was an explosion of happiness!
Nice sketches! *Lols at "Here lies crappy hand R.I.P"*
