This is a very cool piece, Sarej. I like it! *smile* A figure...within a setting. I enjoy looking at the environment in which you placed your character. Very solid decision-making here. For example...you left the upper quarter (sky) blank white. Good choice, because the lower three quarters of the page is absolutely filled with rocky details. A busy sky would have created a distracting confusion. I also like the suggestion of a backstory for this interesting being. Blank eyes...slouched posture...leather and spikes. [I'm going to select a gender here]> How will she interect with this beautiful, solitary flower...sprouting so boldly in this seemingly hostile environment? Will she caress....or will she crush?! *smile* Maybe she sees the struggling plant as a kindred spirit. In truth...she is as solitary and alone...as the flower is.

This is what I wanted to try 
I left the sky blank white exactly because I thought it would be too much if there was something more there. Now you assured me it was the right choice
And if it makes people ask any questions ( this type of course, cause someone could also ask "WTF is that?!?"
