Wooo, Clair is just so damn badass isn't she?Same style as my Entei one because that was pretty cool. Three main colours (this one was pink base, blue highlights, purple shadows), ten shades overall in the palette, thick and quick lines with dramatic lighting.
This is a commission for someone from my college that I totally didn't forget about until this monday. They saw my Entei pic and wanted one of Sazandora who I believe is fifth gen *doesn't know what the hell is going on past Jhoto* and said I could use the trainer of my choice. I went for Clair because she looks so damn cool and you know, the whole dragon pokemon theme. And Sazandora is at least.... a little bit dragon, I think...
So I used this as another lighting experiment. This time from behind. I've never done this before and on the last one I got some great constructive criticism. So please, critique my lighting and help me improve =3 But be nice. And I think I overdid it on the wings.

Such an overwhelming feeling of raw power from this picture. Moreso from Clair than Hydreigon, honestly. That expression. Those eyes. Eerie and striking. Says to me "Out of my way or be destroyed". Really awe inspiring. The dark purple and the illuminating white/blue creates a wonderful contrast, and helps those eyes stand out even more. It looks as though they stand together as one being, it's quite a sight to behold. Great choice of Gym leader for this, by the way. One of the biggest badasses in the Pokeworld! XD Dramatic doesn't even begin to describe this picture. Major loves. <3

You're welcome! To make her look more intimidating you might add a bunch of other dragon types like her dragonite! Especially the other pseudo-legendaries!

Wow just working on this pokemon, I got a female with great stats that I bread. Anyway I like the lighting and the color theme of both characters are done well.
