The Psycho Soldier theme was played in 94, 96, 97, 98 and most likely a couple more later after. Its a cute song, but it SUCKS ASS in English!

On the NeoGeo cart/arcade versions, there were never any vocals but the the adaptions received vocals in '96. The English Psycho Soldier theme was made to replace the Japanese Theme for the original Psycho Soldier game.
