wOW look I made an art wow pixel art wow is that snk oc wowww-wait snk oc ??so yeah, I tried to make a shingeki no kyojin oc and I unexpectedly success ??? i mean wow, i'm actually good at this
and also don't mind with the fire, I *accidentally* put it in there because why not, maybe it will gave my OC more aggressive background?? dunno
anyway if you feel that his design is the same with another character from the anime itself or other anime / manga, you can tell me BUT you can't protest immediately!! I swear I made this by my own original thoughts and I didn't copy his appearance or design from anyone or anything. If yes it's just a coincidence, okay?? oh god sarung just tell them that his design is almost the same with rin matsuoka or chitaru namatame or he's the child of rin and chitaru lmao

Appearance
Gavril is an average young man with seemingly Romanian heritage. His face is sharp and rather pointy, with amber-colored eyes that always show his “evil” expression. He has sharp, shark-like teeth which always appear whenever he’s smirking or smiling, which is commented as “creepy evil smile” by the others. He has messy dark red hair, and he said that he refused to tidy it up since it is a useless work according to his reason (since, ironically, whenever he’s using the 3DMG, no matter how neat his hair is, it will always get messy in the end). He wears a typical military uniform, but during his free-time, he wears a light yellow shirt with long black trouser. Though he’s not very muscular, he has an average build.
Personality
Despite being a soldier, Gavril is carefree, positive, excited, but he’s very sadistic and brutal due to his “insane” personality. He always appears to be fearless and always take the most dangerous risks if he has to choose. Though he is somewhat insane, he never intends to be brutal around his friends—even though sometimes he can hurt their feelings because he has no idea about it. Also, even though he’s fearless, he is mentally weak since he feels that he can’t make friends due to his unconfident nature. Because he dislikes being so underestimated, he tries to hide his concerned feeling about being hated by the others by being as loud as possible so that the others would think that he doesn’t care whether he needs friends or not, or that he’s just being himself. While in reality, he’s very distant since he feels like no one in the group.
However, in contrast of his hidden personality, Gavril acts very cynical and hyperactive most of the time. He likes doing things that the others don’t, mostly odd and weird things the others noted as “insane” (such as climbing in the buildings and stealing stuffs from the headquarters—often getting caught by the trainer). He once said that he never regrets anything he had done when he’s still in the trainee.
Later, when he joins the Survey Corps, he becomes more intelligent and responsible, probably because he had witnessed the true nature of the Titans are and trying to improve his ability.
The cause of his insane yet unconfident personality is due to the horror he watched when he was young—his family was killed right in front of his eyes, and he somewhat gained a psychopath nature when he was trying to assassinate his family’s killer.
History
He was born in the year 834, 3 years older from his younger sister. During that time, he was raised by his biological parents at a district in Wall Maria until the year 837 (he was 3 years old that time); the family moved to Karanese District and his mother gave birth to his younger sister, Eva.
Year 840
When he was 6 years old, he saw the brutal and sadistic view of his family got brutally killed by a group of assassinates, known as “The Dealer”. His father was connected with some kind of deal with them, and somehow he couldn’t give what they wanted for the deal; which was the reason why they killed him. Unfortunately, his wife saw the incident and was trying to escape with her children, but was finally caught by one of them.
Gavril, learning what the group had done to his parents, was trying to save them by handling a knife in his hand, only to be underestimated by the group since he was only a child. When the group decided to steal him and his younger sister away so that they can become their slaves, his mother told them to run as fast as they could before she was then killed by them. They also threatened Gavril by using his sister as bait, and told him that whether he wanted to run away or not, he would never be safe and that his sister would be in danger. When he finally gave up and let one of them caught him, he watched in horror as his sister got killed by them.
Being so shocked and angry at the same time, he suddenly laughed maniacally much to the group’s surprise, and when they thought he turned insane and decided to left him, he grabbed the knife in the floor and quickly stabbed all of them one by one, without getting caught or even touched by them. When the leader was begging for mercy (as he repeatedly said “I will give everything you want”), he sadistically killed him by stabbing his knife onto his head. He later passed out when he was trying to reach his mother’s corpse. Auguste then took him to his home when he was visiting their home to talk with his friend, who was Gavril’s father.
He was sleeping for around 18 hours when he woke up without even remembering his name, family, or any memories about himself in the past. He was told by Auguste that he was just a lost child and now he was part the Constantine family now, being adopted by Auguste and his wife, Denise. Gavril agreed as Auguste pet his hair and gave him the name “Gavril” to him.
Story
104th Trainees Squad arc
He later joins the military to become a soldier. During his first day on the training grounds along with the other soldiers, he feels very bored and comments that “the first day is going to kill me”. However, he is one of the few soldiers who are not being approached by Keith, despite his behavior during the enlistment.
During his days in the trainees, he doesn’t interact very much with Eren and his friends except if he really needs to. He talks with Armin sometimes, although Armin decides to leave him due to his strange behavior. He befriends with Ivor and Timothy along the way.
In the year 850, he graduates along with the others. He ranked 14th in total, with he easily states that he can join the Garrison since he can’t join the Military Police for sure, and he doesn’t want to join the Survey Corps either.
Battle of Trost District arc
He joins with the other soldiers to fight the titans when Trost is being invaded by titans. Despite being an amateur on killing titans, he bravely faced the titans without fear of getting caught or eaten by them, only to find out that he’s running out of gas. He’s almost caught by a titan when Timothy saves him, but unfortunately for him, he’s the one who’s eaten by the titan. Watching his friend getting eaten, he smirks a little and shows his sadistic yet wrath expression before he kills the titan brutally by slicing its body to pieces even though it’s already dead. Ivor then tells him to stop and to focus on their mission.
He’s also one of the few soldiers who survive when they’re trying to reach the headquarters. Later, he agrees with Armin’s idea of defeating the titans on the supply room and joins with the soldiers armed with guns who will fire their weapons into the titans’ eye to blind them. When the supply room is clear, he immediately flies to the walls, ignoring the sight of the Rogue Titan, who is indeed Eren shifting into a titan.
Later, he joins with the soldiers ordered to protect Eren in his titan form to move the giant boulder to seal the hole. Once again, he is almost caught by a titan due to his overly-confident behavior when Ivor succeeds at saving him. He promises to Ivor that he’ll fix his arrogant personality before he comes back to slaughter the titans, laughing maniacally and ignoring Ivor’s advice, much to his friend’s disappointment.
After the mission accomplished, he’s tasked to clean up the corpses of the soldiers with the others. When he and Ivor are walking around, Ivor suddenly notices that Gavril stays quiet for a moment, looking at a corpse that lost its upper body. When Ivor asks him what’s wrong, he says that he’s fine, and tells him that they should go on. It is revealed that the corpse is their friend, Timothy, whom he can recognizes by looking at his scar on his hand. Later, when he sees their fellow comrades’ body being burn, he doesn’t say anything and even stay calm and quiet, despite his loud behavior most of the time. His face is very blank and expressionless; his eyes open a bit wide, seemingly traumatized by the events that happened before—including the death of his friend.
He, along with Ivor, decided to join the Survey Corps instead of the Garrison.
The Female Titan arc
During his days training in Survey Corps, he becomes much calmer and softer, mostly because he doesn’t want his reckless behavior to cause his friend’s death. He joins the expedition outside the Walls, and he doesn’t make an encounter with the Female Titan. He’s also one of the few soldiers who survived during the expedition, and once again, his face is expressionless when he learns that there are so many people died in the expedition.

Relationships
Ivor Griselda – Ivor is Gavril’s best friend. Gavril meets him during the trainees, when Ivor is commenting Gavril’s reckless and somewhat psychopath nature. Despite that, Ivor befriends with him. Ivor is always there to calm him down whenever he becomes too excited with the moment, and sometimes have to help him since his actions cause too much trouble for him to handle (though Gavril always repeatedly said that he didn’t care about it). Despite being overwhelmed by Gavril’s psychopath nature, he cares a lot about his friend and will always help him when he faces a hard time. He will never hesitate to save him whenever he’s in a dangerous situation. Gavril, on the other hand, since he values friend a lot, also cares deeply to him and has a deep trust on him, much like Ivor does.
Timothy Benedict – Timothy is Gavril’s friend he meets during the trainee. Much like Ivor, Timothy is always concerned and overwhelmed by Gavril’s psychopath behavior. However, he cares deeply for him and will risk his own life only to save his reckless friend. Timothy’s death really makes him upset and stricken, and he promised to him that he will be a great soldier for humanity.
Auguste & Denise Constantine – Gavril was adopted by Auguste and his wife, Denise, when he found a wounded, unconscious Gavril at his house when he’s visiting his friend, who was actually Gavril’s father. Since Gavril lost his memories about his name, family and past life, Auguste didn’t choose to tell him that he lost his memories after killing a group of assassinate that killed his family. Instead, he told him that he was just a lost child and was founded by him and his wife, and decided to adopt him. After regained a relation with them, Gavril began to see them as his own parents who he loved very much.
Gavril’s biological family – Before they was killed by a group of killer, Gavril showed to love his family very much, especially his younger sister, Eva. When he watched his parents got killed by the group of killers in horror, he was trying to fight them back using a knife, but instead his younger sister was used as bait. When he finally gave up, they also killed his younger sister while he could only watch in horror. This led him to become a psychopath, by brutally killed them using only a knife. Although he didn’t remember anything about his true family aftermath, he would occasionally have a headache that cause him to remember the events with his family vaguely, before he finally thought it was nothing to be worried about.

✄ Gavril is a Romanian form of Gabriel, while Constantine is from the Latin name Constantinus, a derivative form of Constans. His name is also based from the name of the first Roman emperor to adopt Christianity, Constantine the Great.
✄ His favorite food is his (adoptive) mother’s cooking.
✄ Even though he has a heavy psychopath nature, he can be softer and warmer—especially after he witnesses a lot of people’s death during the Trost attack. This also explains that he’s mentally weak, and he can’t be all crazy stuffs if he doesn’t need to be.
