If you ever go to Japan, you'll almost certainly see one wherever you go. ^^ They're everywhere, and they're quite beautiful, especially the ones that weren't destroyed like this one.

I hope I can go, do they ever have tours inside? I've always wanted to see the (I think it was called) White Crane Castle (gonna double check the name).

They do! In the big castles, at least. But I know you don't need a tour in Nagoya castle, because the inside has essentially become a feudal/war museum with English-language translations on the plates.
The White Heron Castle is usually known as Himeji. I used to wonder why it got so much hype, but then I saw more pictures... man.

Good luck! Japanese can be pretty difficult. Especially if you're a visual learner, it doesn't take long to learn the really basic but important stuff you'll see on signs and such--the kanji for "open", "close", "push", and "pull", for instance--but once you get beyond the basic subjectγ―objectγverb formations, the language can get pretty complicated.
