It's an aristocratic vampire out on a midnight stroll. I'm not exactly sure what happened to her... I'm thinking she was recently turned, or in a fight... or perhaps has eaten someone!
This piece was made specifically for the Vampire Art Now book. I hope it gets chosen! Wish me (and her up thurr) luck!

Great art! Yes, she does look a tad put out. All those theories are plausible - perhaps a fight with a another vampire explains more why she looks less than happy.
Love the background work. Your job on the wolf is awesome. And the watercolour on the moon is so very beautiful!

I don't think she really noticed it and then when I pointed it out she was like... no it doesn't look like a moon, lol. I'm not really too worried though, since she doesn't really 'get' my type of art anyway
