Getting things done while thesising. I think I had only a few days to turn this contest entry in, so I whipped this up. First off, thank you to everyone who voted for Starina to go onto round 3, you all are wonderful. So for round 3 we had to draw the OC in a disco outfit. I still dont totally understand what makes up the season 5 outfit so I decided to go a bit retro-modern with this design. I also caved and used a base xD Anyway, I hope you enjoy. I also took a chance at putting Starina into a not blue outfit for once. It kinda seems like she took an idea from Kirsche in coordinating this outfit.PS: Shows off Starina's lovely ladies
Notes: Her nails have tiny pokadots on them :3 and Yes Starina's hair is naturally wavy.

haha Im so glad you like it. I found the 'lead' tool in SAI and it was wonderful in doing the hair haha. The dress is my new love. I wanted something flashy, sexy, and short. It screams Starina. She is a sexy and perky young lady who loves to show her assets haha.

yeah it should be next to the blur tool..second row if I remember right. It looks like a little pencil. Works better than the pen tool for sure.
Haha yeah she working it for Amier xD I feel like Starina and Salphy would get into trouble at Belvedere. Kai would show up one night unannounced with Amier only to find havoc haha.
