And oh lol, I don't even know myself...
First I just do basic cell shading for the whole pic, and after that I smudge+blur the hell out of the shading to make it look smudgy/painty.
.....I'm pretty much trying out 's coloring technique over here.
And pfffft, everyone wants a shirt like that.
...Too bad they'd never sell anything cool like that now. :<

Hmm, I didn't make a recording of it, unfortunately. But what I did was make the lineart, put in the basic colors, add a gradient to all the basic colors, add the dark & light spots, then finally add the hilights (the extra-shiny parts). :'D
