Wich programs do you use btw? and do you now of a good tutorial for this? sorry if I'm asking too much -.-

I use MS Paint to draw and pixel the image, and I just paste them in Animation Shop 3.
There should be a tutorial in my gallery somewhere.... It should be in the tutorial folder, and it's for a flapping animation... But,it works for nearly every animation.
