Will Scrap later...Meh... I wanted to see if I could animate rain.
It was a little bit challenging, because I couldn't get it at the right speed and what-not.
And Open Canvas is hard to work in, when it won't let you save. D8;
Print Screen and deleting unnecessary things in MS Paint was a pain also. 8D
Anyway... Enjoy the fail~

Just one little thing which I find strange.
If you feel like a bit more of a challenge, and you're very bored, why don't you try to add in the little ripples in the puddle that Naoki is sitting in?

This is very very fantastic, and cute, but so sad, your face and expression is so sad, and with the rain. Naoki, my sweet and so love Naoki, this is drawing awesome, the effect of the rain is wonderful, but is sad the drawing

Yes, it is a little bit sad, but it's okay, because it's not reflecting my real mood. ^w^
I just like drawing sad things when I draw rain... It just fits somehow. XD;

Can I offer one little critique though? When Naoki blinks in the animation, the rain pauses for a moment and the shading kinda shakes. Maybe you should make it smoother? idk, I love this, though. ^W^

Yeah, I forgot to change the rain layer. XD;;
And.. I don't know about the shading.. I think Animation shop just messed it up when I put the frame in, since I didn't even touch the shading. D:
