Okay, so this was years before Rory went to the future, back when he was about four or five. He's celebrating New Years Eve with Daddy and Papa. Papa is very drunk and Daddy is like "Go away until you're sober" and Rory is holding one of those confetti fireworks wondering "how does do? eAe"
