Description This shot shows quite a large chunk of the southern moor. It is shot from honeybag tor slightly down the hill infront is chinkwell tor, which leads to bonehill down, the small town of widecombe in the moor is slightly out of shot in the valley to the right.
Then on the horizon from right to left is pil tor, top tor, rippon tor, saddle tor, and finally haytor.

In a couple of weeks and in better light this could be absolutely killer. As it is its very well composed and shows a pretty great view. I wish I had found the time and weather for this walk.

The part of Algarve around Faro...nope, it's almost never green. But inland, you get this kind of countryside [link]

This is a super shot, the composition is really balanced.
it's a shame that the light has dipped so low and is only just touching the Tor in the distance rather than nore of the scene. But still a great shot Steve.

cheers jake, yeah i know, its a bugger theres a very high hill to the right which means the sun dissapears too quickly, it was a snatched shot tbh and one i will improve on....
