HISTORY: [summary] After being sold off to the slave market by his parents at the age of twelve, Riku lived four years of his life as a lowly labor slave. One of the lowest caliber in fact, no matter how much muscle he developed through physical labor. He was sold back to the slave market time and time again not for inadequacy, but rather due to how much of a burden he was to every last owner with his undying resistance. Foul reputation was quick to grow among the slavers, and before long the only ones who dared to purchase Riku were those arrogant enough to believe they would be the one to break him. He became a challenge among owners, a prize to be won to inflate their ego. But no matter how inhumane the tortures he endured through these petty owners, his unbreakable willpower won out every time, and it was straight back to the market for him.
In an unlikely turn of events, Riku was bought by the elderly King Xehanort himself at the age of sixteen. Perhaps it was a rash, likely senile decision for him to make, but the infamous problem slave came to be remarkably well behaved as a low slave in the Royal Castle. He remained ever bitter and angry at the world, but always found peace in his cooking duties. He lived a relatively tolerable life for the next three years, until the young Prince Xehanort was appointed King. Due to the exceedingly rare beauty of his pale skin and silver hair of a native Unicornis, Riku was chosen by Xehanort to become his High Slave— his ever-treasured personal bedmate. PRESENT DAY: A couple months after his promotion, Riku has begrudgingly started to conform to his role as a High Slave. His cold bitterness and fiery spirit remain, but the amount of protest he is able to give King Xehanort has been slowly dwindling. For days on end Riku had refused any and all intimacy with Xehanort, always finding a way to avoid sexual encounters. Though it was only just over a week before Riku made the worst decision of his life; he went to the King to request his guidance. In a desperation to overcome his fear of magic, Riku did all he could to persuade Xehanort into teaching him to acquire the power of Dark Magic. Little persuasion was needed, however, as Xehanort took interest in his power lust and gladly took him under his wing.
Despite never having shown magic proficiency in his life, Riku turned out to have a natural affinity to Darkness. His body was greatly receptive to the Darkness Xehanort implanted in him, and it took no time at all for his own faint traces of Darkness to feed off the other's. A strong link was formed between Riku and Xehanort's energies, and from that point on the two met nightly to work on harnessing the dark potential lying within him. But an unfortunate consequence of the bonding of their energies, Riku quickly discovered, was a certain susceptibility to Xehanort's authority. With a Master whose Dark power far outweighs that of his student's, it is effortless for him to call upon the energy inside of Riku and force influence upon him. Much to his dismay, this power Riku unwittingly gave to Xehanort has since been exploited so that he may finally perform his duties as his bedmate. It has resulted in a peculiar relationship between the two, built off of unfortunately required trust, with an ever greater hatred boiling beneath the surface.
Riku now tends to stay as far away from King Xehanort as he can during the day, providing him the slightest comfort through knowing what disgusting activities often occur during the night. His unsociable behavior has given way to a need for friendship to keep him sane, and he has formed a particularly strong bond with the Queen's High Slave, Sora. But not even a best friend alone has been quite enough to fill the growing void in his heart, and he secretly longs for all the support he can possibly get from any of the other slaves.soooooo I'm in charge of making the canon harem au models B) but instead of starting with anyone important, like....yknow, queen kairi or king xehanort, I had to do my son first.
