Your color pick is beautiful as always.
Your line art and cel shading mess up and overlap. Some place is not fully colored lol especially in her wing
Line art on her body is wobble and concave in the wrong meaning.
Her neck is really too long, now it's longer than her face.
Your eyes is not sparkle like your usual style.

im sorry but i didnt really ask for a critique i know you want to help me but i dont really like critiques and it makes me feel bad about what i draw instead of actually helping
also this is not a full drawing its a colored sketch so i didn't do the lineart its only a sketch.
i always like to do some different coloring style for the eyes so its not always so sparkly;;;
her neck looks ok for me. i like to draw them like that not too long and not too short. and the wings meant to be not shaded cuz the character design is like that those are lights.
+ there's no cell shading this is soft shading where i blend and use the watercolor tool for everything.
i draw this too fast cuz again its a colored sketch not a full drawing.
its for fun not a full piece. i stopped drawing for almost a week cuz of college so its kinda like an art block where i dont know or forgot how i used to color and draw
it would be cool if you came to me in a note instead of commenting here so we can talk about it more
( if i said i want a critique feel free to give me one. but if i dont want one then respect it;; cuz i wanna work hard by myself and i dont wanna hate what i draw even more. )
