Interesting idea, I like what you did with the eyelashes 
. However it could use a little work. It looks like you might want to lightly sketch out a body before you give it clothing, you'd notice that the body itself would look much more proportional and real, you could try drawing a light guid line over the shoulders to make them more proportional. I suggest picking up some anatomy books when you get the chance or How to Draw Manga, they have some interesting tips to help draw bodies. Also, hair is something that most people do differently depending on style, but it looks to me like you should maybe add strands to it, unless you meant for it to be fire...(in that case good job! ^_^ ) Anyways over all I think you have some good potential, if you cant get ahold of anatomy books, I'll gladly sketch you up something dont hesitate to ask and keep in touch
