It's a bit hard to tell which I prefer. At first, just looking at the thumbnails, I liked the first one better. Probably because it was the first one I saw. But this one is a lot sharper and I can see a lot more detail in it. The blur effect on the first one is pleasing, but this is much prettier. Maybe next time you could try masking the image so that only parts of it are sharp, and other parts are blurred.
But yeah, both are very pretty

I much prefer this one, the post work you did really helped a lot. It's still a little bright in the center, but on the whole whatever you did made a difference in my opinion. It's a lot better, a lot softer.
