Lines were done in Adobe Illustrator ^_^ that's what I use for all lines in my 2d. You could probably do the same with the pen tool in photoshop and stroke it...but I don't think it has much flexibility.

Whoo, lookit him. *_* I love headshots. *steals and hides under her bed* The coloring is gorgeous, especially in the hair and those eyes. Just form the way you colored his eyes, you know he likes to see people suffer.
