I don't wear it all the time. I know this from personal experience...it's because the elastic of pants can seem so tight when sitting and it feels like the stomach is hanging over the top of the pants like a squeezed sausage. It's so gosh darn irritating.

ya, women who wear spandex don't feel as fat then when they wear waist cinching pants. This is good because when women feel fat they tend to give up and binge even more.
