You can put SD cards in computers, I'm not sure about the library option, as you may not be allowed to do that kinda thing. You could borrow someone's computer, put the SD in, open dA, upload everything you need, remove your hardware and give it back. Should not take more than ten minuets, at most, with the greatest technical difficulties. 5 if you are good. If your phone has some kind of micro SD, you'll need to buy a USB port from the phone store. If you can get the port then uploads should be easier, USB ports are more common than SD thingies. One potential problem is if your SD card has some stupid software that'd stop it from immediately sharing data, but just let it download and you'll be fine. As I said, ten minuets, tops. I've done all this before -.-

As I said, you'll need to buy a USB micro SD port. I have one, just go to your local phone store and ask about it. It really isn't a problem. Maybe they have some good deals online? Newegg or something? Make sure it is the right type.
