Description
Based on the Laidly Worm, a fairytale from the North-East of England involving a princess transformed into a dragon by a witch. Since the Lambton worm is also a dragon from the North-East the two would be version exclusive, with Laidrake exclusive to Pokemon Valour and found at the top of a tower.
Laidrake are described in fairytales as being cursed to forever change their shape when struck by moonlight. The story goes that a witch, jealous of this pokemons beauty cast upon it a curse so that come the touch of moonlight Laidrake's shape became that of a mighty dragon. In its captive form Laidrake are kind, caring pokemon that enjoy music and dancing but in its cursed form they quickly devolve into a beastly demeanour, heaving with strength and hunger.
Laidrake would belong to the Fairy and Human-shape egg groups and so would not be breedable with dragons, nor can it learn Draco Meteor.
