A labor of love, that would be what this piece became to me. I was smitten by the line and afraid of doing color for a long time. After figuring out my values and colors I decided I wanted a border and so worked slowly to add that. The flowers are inspired by the Cereus blossom. This piece was on my computer almost all the last year, finished just two weeks before Christmas. I'm very proud of it.
