I tried something new here, instead of sketching, scanning, lining and then colouring, I skipped straight to the colouring. This is the first time I've done this so I intend to get better.
I hope you all like it, and forgive Luna.

And I actually added the tear in the end because she just looked so sad. It just added this little extra feel to it.

yep, it definetely completes the drawing, and gives Luna that extra touch of sensitiveness that it's definetely all Luna. Plus, I loved the colours you used and How you made her mane look like it's actually the night sky. it's absolutely lovely!

Why thank you! I tried to make it look like Luna as much as possible but it was the only headshot thing I've done without a referance image, and I have to say it is the best. Maybe I should do that more often.
I wish I had know about live streaming when I did this, I only got the Discord and Chrysalis one into live stream after all that.

You've done a magnificent work with Luna, as I have already said; even more than magnificent, since you used no reference images, and you can clearly see she's Princess Luna! I really, really liked the depth you have given to her eyes. I relly loved it.

And I LOVE to do eyes, they're my Favourite part to do of the whole drawing. Plus eyes are apparently the windows to the soul, so if I mess up the eyes I feel like I've messed up the WHOLE thing.

we are very much alike! Eyes are the most beautiful part in a drawing for me as well, and yes, you made gorgeous eyes for luna (and I actually like very much the fact that you didn't draw the mouth of the pony. It makes her sweeter, somehow).

Your eyes are amazing too! I mean you make them sparkle *just* right.
And I don't draw mouths as much because they sometimes make it look weird, also without a mouth she looks more graceful and cute in my opinion.
