Two for the price of one! I always get the impression that these pokémon are pretty much useless in battle... they're so small and... weak.Besides, why most electric pokémon are yellow? It's not like electricity is yellow...

Lightning is sometimes pictured as yellow... It doesn't actually look yellow, but people like to paint it yellow for some reason.
It's plusle and minun, who appear to be sis and bro in this portrayal. I like the sign earmuffs (though how helpful will they be on rabbit ears?) and minun's minus-shaped hair.
