Who can tell this beautiful pokΓ©mon comes from a crappy fish like feebas??I tried to translate Its serene beauty into this oriental flavour gijinka!I always wanted to have a milotic in the game, but could never catch a feebas, It's so hard... I may try again one of these days. You're naughty guys, Game freak.

When I first saw milotic, I thought it was a barboach evolution. X_x And I've pretty much given up on feebas catching too. I've already got two water pokemon in my Sapphire game anyway, so it's no prob.
So, I remember this milotic from luvdisc's picture. I must confess, at first glance, I mistook her for Jessie. She does look very serene and peaceful in her Japanese attire. Feebas is lucky he has her to dream about.
So, how does somebody so sweet and serene get to heartlessly rejecting a feebas, I might wonder? Especially after evolving from one?
