This makes me sick people are never happy for what they have so they kill there selfs.

I myself have fairly limited needs (food, water, clothes/my house, Pokemon games, the computer, art supplies, indoor plumbing, and that's about it), so it's fairly easy for me to be grateful for what I have. Although I'm not rich, at least I'm glad that my family can pay the mortgage on our house and afford things like season passes to Disney World. Most people don't realize how good they have it.

I try everyday to be, but we often forget to do it.

I like it. I've been saying that for years....in fact most of us have more than we need, and will never use it all. 
This also includes our abilities...we take it for granted when we have our health, family, sight, hearing, ability to walk and talk. We have much to be thankful for.
